Ozempic journey - don't give up!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
I reached a plateau of about 6 months immediately when I started 15mg, after losing about a third of my body weight. Then I started losing again out of nowhere and I am down about 47% in total, still slowly losing. No changes on my end, the loss simply paused and later resumed on its own. Whether you'll lose more, I can't say. Your current loss matches the study average. Some people lose more than average, but most don't.

What worked for me came when my target weight arrived in late January, 280 down to 200. I stalled for the last 60 days and the final 6 lbs took forever. I stepped Tirz down from 15mg: one week at 12.5, then a 10mg stretch of 3 weeks, planning on maintenance (whatever that means) with my weight swinging 2 lbs either way. Then I talked myself into losing 20 more for an even 100 lb total. I climbed back to 12.5, then 15mg where I still am, and lost another 14 lbs in 5 weeks. I'm a single Costco chicken shy of the target, those dreaded last 6 lbs. Sometimes you have to step back to leap forward.
