Thanks for posting this. I'm starting to feel hopeless but maybe I need to adjust the dose or something. I'm also dealing with PCOS which makes EVERYTHING harder.

Weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint. Don't get discouraged if you don't see results immediately. Also, remember there can be non-scale victories too!
