Ozempic: My Before & After -80lbs!

Here is a chapter from my life: losing a whole day after a couple shots of Weller the night before, then starting tirz about 2 weeks in on top of that. true story.

Four months and 27 pounds, but look at all those inches gone. Your sister's photo says it all. That's real progress.

Best thing is to go slow with dosing because water retention will puff you up, especially your face, but it fades after a few weeks. I needed a pretty high dose for sleep to actually get better—at about 400 of each now and sleeping way better. Take it before bed, wait like 30 mins for the flush to go away. Great for gym stuff too, way more muscular.

sleep is huge for muscle maintenance when you're losing weight and training. your body needs that rest to keep the lean mass. especially with a lot of weight dropping, you gotta prioritize solid sleep.

hair loss is usually tied to weight loss in general, not the med itself. i'm three years in and mine's coming back after losing 60 pounds—just took a while. changing meds won't stop it, honestly.

started on mounjaro about 2 years ago and yeah, lost a bunch of hair around 7 months in - we're talking like half my head gone lol. tried everything but the rogaine thing seemed like a forever commitment. the hair did come back though, took a few more months but it's almost back to normal now. think it's temporary stuff that happens, everyone's different with how their body reacts.

pin about 30 min to an hour before bed. doesn't make you sleepy but you sleep deep and uninterrupted, which shifts your wake time earlier naturally. cjc kept me up - same with epitalon when i tried it nasally. might try epitalon earlier in the evening instead.

ferritin's at 19. achy joints, restless legs, can't breathe climbing stairs, wired but can't sleep. hereditary issue, happens every time my hematologist brings it under 40. just started trt which makes it harder. drinking tons of water with electrolytes, iron pills aren't working.
