Ozempic: Not a Magic Bullet?

most people do gain weight back after stopping mounjaro, so not shocking. curious if you're still eating right and exercising after going off, or is that harder without the med helping? I save like forty a week on food alone so cost-wise it pays.

Omeprazole long-term helps if you take it steady. Pepto settles it in 10 min if you need quick relief. High carbs and high sulfur foods trigger mine. Watch the heartburn though—aspirated once and it was not fun.

just treat weeks like a refeed. eat a little more, stay aware when i'm full but eating out of habit. only lasts a few days and doesn't seem to impact weight loss overall. saffron's helped with the mood side of pms if you want to try that.

My target's 1700 calories (500 under my TDEE) until goal weight. Want to stay in ketosis - best I've ever felt. Do OMAD most of the year. Now eating protein shake morning (50g with fiber and collagen), protein shake afternoon, dinner 6-8oz meat with greens, avocado daily, coke zero or water.

The medication reduces the appetite signal that made self-control a losing battle - the effort still applies with a lower biological baseline.
