Ozempic: One year, down 80!

that was such a nice side effect for me too with semaglutide. wasn't the main reason i was doing it but suddenly clothes just fit different and looked so much better
 
One magnesium supplement at night and no trouble here. Ozempic changed that whole equation for me though - much rougher on the stomach.
 
A old picture from 2 years back showed me stuff I hadn't picked up on before, even with all the scale wins and looser jeans. Started Ozempic last August and it's been honestly the best choice I made for myself. Hit my stride health-wise in almost every way.
 
My partner and I did the same - one year apart photos. He's down 67, I'm down 64. Started six months in but it's been crazy with the deficit and workouts. We even hiked Mount Washington last month. Totally transformed how we live.
 
stopped ozempic a few weeks back and the weight started climbing right away. i'm an experienced dieter and low-carb worked perfect for me on it. my endo said that's totally normal—might be a lifetime med for me, like my blood pressure stuff.
