Started at 212 lbs on July 13, 2022. Today, July 16, 2023, I'm at 147 lbs! No longer borderline diabetic, and all my blood tests are perfect! Eating mostly chicken and salads. I'm on a maintenance dose of only 0.25mg now. Feeling so much better, more self-assured, and energetic! Deciding to use Ozempic and get my health in order was the smartest thing I've ever done.

Fantastic!! You look great!! It's really encouraging to see so many people reporting they're no longer pre-diabetic or showing signs of early thyroid issues. Ozempic is really making a difference, and it appears to be reversing potential health risks.

I love seeing another story about someone taking control of their well being! Congrats on achieving your goals!

Awesome! My daughter went to PLU in 2020, and my great-grandfather used to be the president and even has a building named after him there. Also, you're looking great.

It's encouraging to see someone who didn't shed 50 lbs in just a few months. I see those posts all the time and it gets me down. My progress is about the same as yours. It's nice that slow and steady wins this race. You look fabulous!

Hey Bear_Fam, did you have to buy new bras as you lost the weight? I've dropped about 25 pounds and I'm finding my old standby isn't doing the job anymore. Finding the right bra is such a pain!

I'm just starting out... wondering if anyone has had issues with the food 'noise' disappearing and then coming back? Is that normal?

To @Toni80: Yes, that can happen. It's not always a smooth ride. Sometimes the appetite suppression is stronger than others. It's important to stick to healthy eating habits even when the medication's effect fluctuates.

To Stacy_40 - Oh yeah, new bras were a must! I had to go down several sizes. It's a good problem to have, but definitely expensive! I still have some of my 'before' clothes for when I'm feeling bloated! LOL
