Our supplier crept up to double-digit markups pretty quick. October I locked in a couple kits at sane prices. Now everything's north of that. Hope it settles back down, but market might have found a comfortable spot at these rates.

Happens all the time. Had a friend recently mention paying something like 500 a month between doctor visits and product for tirz. Told him a full year's worth could be had for a few hundred total. Got a pretty priceless reaction out of him.
 
Located in Ontario, just about to take my third dose at 2.5mg tonight. With the manufacturer's discount applied, that knocks 40 off. Ended up paying around 283 Canadian at one major retailer, another big chain runs the same price.
 
Unfortunately already finished that appointment before realizing the mix-up, annoying, but planning to sort it before the next refill! Located in Ontario and paying somewhere around 100 at my neighborhood pharmacy too.
 
Living in Thailand currently. Several local clinics offer self-administered pens directly. Pretty pricey though, something like six hundred dollars for the strongest pen option.
 
The manufacturer's matching generic prices in most provinces now, so it works out to roughly 95 total at a big box pharmacy for the actual brand once the prescription's in hand.
 
If you're able to swing roughly three hundred a month, I'd go with the dual-action option without hesitation. The single-pathway one tends to bring more side effects and just doesn't perform as fast or as strongly.
 
Brand-name Ozempic runs $139 for me, plus another $50 every time the prescription gets renewed. I've heard you might be able to get it through Costco for under $100 instead, though I haven't actually tried that route myself yet.
 
That's what I'd do too. Where I live Mounjaro costs about 3x Ozempic. I began with Oz and it worked great for me, so why pay more when it works perfectly?
 
I am so sorry. These drugs should be reachable for people trying to fix their health, not treated as a luxury. The gap across the Atlantic is shocking. Mounjaro lists near $1,000 monthly in the US, while much of Europe charges a few hundred euros privately depending on dose, 190-450. I use the 15 mg pen, sometimes sitting at 7.5 for weeks or 10 when suppression fades, and a 450 $ pen lasts 10-11 weeks, so it costs me about 200 a month. Ozempic here is 87 $ in every dose. And no, we do not get some cheap knockoff of Mounjaro, it is the same drug. Much of it is because European governments and national health systems negotiate prices far harder. They sit across from drug companies and say no, we are not paying that. Ireland and the UK are lower still.
