I've been taking a GLP-1 med for about nine months now. Down nearly sixty! Also, I feel like I need to document this with some fancy dresses. Anyone else do that?

I didn't do the fancy dress thing, but I definitely took a LOT of progress pics. It's motivating to see how far you've come!

That's an amazing change, GastricBypass99. Congrats. I do wonder, though... for those of you on these meds long-term, how do you manage it? My insurance *only* covers GLP-1s for one year, ever. Beyond that, it's completely out of pocket, and the price is pretty high.

That's a valid question, I'm honestly worried about that myself. I may have to switch to another medication when my coverage runs out. It's a little scary.

I saw *some* change pretty quickly - like, a few pounds in the first couple of weeks - but the big difference came after a couple of months, BigTex_LessNextYear. So hang in there!
