Ozempic progress: it's shifting!

You look amazing! I totally agree with @ScaleHater. I'm only a few months in, and the scale hasn't moved much, but my clothes fit differently. It's weird!

You look fantastic! I'm feeling the same way. I just started 1.0mg, and I've only dropped like 10lbs, but I *feel* smaller. Like, less puffy. What are we losing if it's not weight? It's so strange.

Thanks, everyone! I'm down about 50lbs since the start of last year. Started at 270-ish, now I'm at 220! I used to not be able to fit in restaurant booths, and now I have tons of room. And I'm not winded all the time anymore. I feel like I could run a marathon!

It's important to remember that weight loss is just one metric of health. Improved body composition, increased energy levels, and better overall well-being are all equally important, if not more so. Congrats on your progress, @ScaleHater!

I'm so ready to see results like @ScaleHater! It's inspiring! I'm hoping to lose at least 40lbs. I'm starting at 240lbs and want to get to 200.

Down from 25 stone to 21 stone - about 56 inches. At 5'6, this is my 10-month progress on Ozempic. Type 2 diabetic with slipped discs so I want to lose more for my health. Hope to share progress pics again soon.

100%. start lifting first and get the habit solid. at 38 unless you have a negative igf-1 score i'd skip the gh stuff. and exogenous test is a lifetime thing once you're on it—not worth rushing into. focus on lifting and eating well and sleep first.
