Finally seeing the results! I tried on a dress I haven't worn in ages. Roughly 5 months on Oz and I've managed to drop about 22 pounds. I'm losing weight fairly slowly, which I think gives me time to incorporate strength training. My ultimate goal is to lose another 35-40 pounds while on 1mg.
 
That's wonderful news for you! You look great, and I really like that dress! My weight is just falling off; I'm losing it too fast I think. 🤷🏻‍♀️
 
I think your plan to tone and workout while losing is brilliant, Stacy_1978. Some folks just depend on the meds and end up gaining it back later. I'm doing strength training myself. Wish I’d started sooner! You don’t need cardio, just lift weights!!
 
For those of you who are struggling with exercise, just walking is enough to keep your heart healthy. You don't need to kill yourself in the gym.
