Ozempic progress - seeing is believing!

A little over a year on Ozempic, I’ve dropped about 55 pounds but didn’t really realize it until I put these two pics side by side. Crazy!

It's absolutely noticeable! Great job! I can't see much change on myself even having lost around 45lbs over the past 6 months, but comparing photos really helps. Keep going!

Keep at it! Fantastic job! The toughest thing is modifying your diet. For a long while I was still eating the same old way I did before starting Ozempic. Once I learned to cook better stuff, pack my lunch, and cut out sugary and salty junk food, I felt so much better!

I'm so happy you're pleased with the outcome. But most importantly, do you feel healthier? That’s the most important thing to give to your beautiful self at any weight. I'm not sure exactly how much I've lost but my pain is less. Such a win. Hugs

It's crazy how much a picture can show you. I swear, I look in the mirror and see the same me. Then I saw this pic on Reddit - - and the difference is HUGE. I need to take more pics!

I agree with Mel57, pictures are game changers. It's easy to get discouraged when the scale stalls. But then you see pictures like that one. It really shows how much progress you're making even if the number on the scale isn't budging.

It's more than just weight loss, it's a total transformation! Check out this Reddit thread - someone posted a before/after of their face and wow! I can't believe the difference. Their skin is glowing and their eyes look brighter. It's amazing how much healthier people look after losing weight. I think that's even more important than the number of pounds lost.

I've noticed that too, TrimSis. People often look younger and more vibrant after losing weight. The reduction in inflammation alone can make a huge difference in skin health and overall appearance. It's about so much more than just the size on your clothes.

I'm going into my 3rd month at the 5mg and it feels like I'm starting to stall. I've been seeing a lot of posts where people are experiencing stalls. So, I guess I will just keep on going! Congrats to everyone losing. It's helping me stay motivated to keep seeing everyone's progress!
