Even the thought of food turns my stomach, forget actually getting a bite past my lips, so that told me it was time to hold off on climbing higher. Couldn't get real nutrition in, which probably tricked my system into thinking it was being starved, which would explain why nothing was budging on the scale. Seven weeks now holding at this level, and I genuinely feel improved for it, able to get down some protein and staying better hydrated. Plan is another week or two right here before deciding anything else.
The appetite control piece is real, just not delivering results anywhere close to what I saw right when sema first kicked in. Have a batch of reta sitting ready and I'm debating waiting until this tirz pause wraps up before starting a full round with it instead, see how that compares. Not convinced tirz has actually impressed me until there's something new to measure it against. Riding it out or switching gears, either way, you're far from the only one dealing with this.
