Ozempic: Scale's not budging!

So, 5 months on this stuff. Pic 1 is back in July before starting Ozempic, and the second is last week. The scale hasn't moved much. I was around 235, now I'm hovering near 220. It's weird, because my clothes fit WAY better, and I feel slimmer, but the scale isn't cooperating. Anyone else have this happen?

Welcome to our little corner of the internet! Just a friendly reminder about the rules. No discussions about non-approved versions of these meds, and definitely no buying or selling. If someone sends you a shady PM offering something, ignore it! We don't endorse that. Newbies should def check out the FAQ. Happy chatting!

You look fantastic! Your shape is amazing. Remember, sometimes you're gaining muscle, which affects the scale. Progress isn't always linear. The most important thing is that you look and feel healthier! Sending positive vibes your way.

I totally get the scale frustration! It's like, you *know* you're smaller, but the numbers aren't reflecting it. I've been there. Have you tried measuring yourself with a tape measure? Sometimes that's more motivating than the scale.

People often hesitate to comment on weight loss, especially if they are unsure if it was intended. They might worry about being rude or insensitive. If you want recognition, bring it up yourself!

Rapid weight loss, like some people experience on semaglutide, can be hard on the body. Aim for a steady loss of 1-2 pounds a week for a healthier approach. It's more sustainable in the long run!
