Started with peptide blends but now doing them separate in the same syringe. Daily dose of two, resistance day addition of one more, only pull in a fourth if something's injured.
 
after you draw all your bac water into the vial, leave the needle in the stopper and pull the plunger out. equalizes pressure, cuts down foam and bubbles, makes drawing the dose easier and more accurate since you're not fighting a vacuum.
 
Never traveled with them or tried the disposable, but the pen needles are pretty standard. Tried several brands and they all worked fine on my pens. After getting pens I hate going back to syringes though—lol.
 
ghk-cu makes your body produce its own collagen. some people use it topical, some inject, some do both. has tons of other benefits. there's a youtube person in my state, quinn stillson, with a long video about it - almost sounds like a miracle drug. variant called ahk-cu supposedly works even better for hair.
 
Had a tummy tuck back in October, so injecting the belly's off the table now. Switched to the thigh and honestly hate it, always feels like the spot's a little too low.

Inner thigh area, where things rub together, tends to carry more fat there, is that a viable injection spot too?
 
FWIW every time I stalled before, switching injection spots fixed it. Now I rotate between thigh, arm and stomach each time and no plateau since. I also vaguely recall something about scar tissue building up and making absorption harder?
 
I started mounjaro in Oct 2024. For roughly the first 9 months I injected my thigh with no pain at all. One day it hurt a lot, and looking at my thighs I figured there's not much fat left there! Now I use my stomach, no pain, plenty of fat still there even at goal. I doubt it'll ever hurt there lol.
