I eat normally just less. my diet was decent already from dealing with diabetes years. overhauling everything only works if you stick to it. small swaps you can live with beat total cutouts, especially if your family eats different.

The OR conversation situation is its own kind of medical ethics issue beyond the medication judgment. The hypocrisy of finding out someone who was vocal about it was also on the medication is almost too on-the-nose. The stigma is real but clearly not universally held even in the circles of people expressing it loudest.
