Ozempic success...now what?

i'm 148-150 at 5'5 and thinking of stopping since i feel way too skinny haha. (that's right on the line between normal and overweight, i think) but getting enough fiber is hard. maybe i'll keep the same dose but inject every 2 weeks

Just two days, then suddenly i was ravenous and wanted everything. 14lb came back within a month, and i restarted the injections (50lb was gone with another 50lb to lose, and i paused because of huge cost increases in Europe). I dread when i might have to come off because of the cost.

Six months took 35 pounds off me, and two-plus years on I remain at my ideal weight with a BMI of 21. My husband went through something similar, 50 pounds over nine months, BMI now 25. Both of us are still on 2.5mg. Using assistance doesn't embarrass me, meds have my full support. I don't broadcast it, though whoever asks gets the truth what worked. Life is different now. My sister told every person who mentioned my weight loss that I'm on the shot. She's also said I have Ozempic face and that folks on the shot don't look better, our faces just look odd. Frankly she's awful. My face and body have never felt healthier, and if she happened to be right, saying that out loud is still cruel.
