Ozempic success!

This stuff changed my life. I was on a medication for a mood disorder that was jacking up my blood sugar. My doc put me on Ozempic last year in December. I also cleaned up my eating habits and started working out regularly. The weight has slowly been coming off. My goal now is to get down to 180. Almost there! I didn't use to take photos of myself because I felt insecure. I can see the difference now, even when I feel like I haven't progressed. I make sure to celebrate the small wins. I'm really happy with my progress. I'm starting to see a big change when I look at old pictures.

Congrats! It's great you're documenting this journey. I've seen similar results with my patients -- lifestyle changes combined with these meds can be so powerful.

I just started this week! Seeing your success is so inspirational! I'm hoping to drop about 50lbs. Any tips for someone just starting out?

Congrats on starting! My biggest tip is to be patient and consistent. The weight loss might not be super fast at first, but stick with the plan. Also, pay attention to any side effects and talk to your doctor about them. Good luck!

Glute gains? nah, not happening. Never had much of a butt anyway. Got saggy skin now — bra inserts are my friend. whole body deflated look going on. But still beats the health problems I had before, so worth it.

Non-scale wins carry the story the number cannot tell. The blood sugar management piece is the significant one.

No solid evidence on vaping reducing Ozempic efficacy. Likely parallel appetite effects rather than interference.

Lean protein plus fiber is the most reliable combination for satiety on GLP-1. The consistency of eating the same meal removes the decision overhead that usually leads to overeating.
