Seriously, I'm so happy for you, even though I don't know you! What an amazing transformation. You look incredible!

For those of you who are seeing results, remember this is a tool, not a miracle. Consider incorporating regular physical activity. Even just walking can make a huge difference for your long-term health.

Absolutely this! Even though the meds suppress your appetite, it's important to think about what happens after you stop. Building healthy habits now will help maintain your weight loss.

So, I'm wondering... I've been so focused on the weight loss, I haven't really thought about exercise. Is cardio really that important? I hate running!
Who says it has to be running? Find something you enjoy! I just bounce on my trampoline - it's actually fun!

6 months on Rybelsus. Started at 88.2kg, now 73.5kg, goal 68kg at 175cm. Gained 20kg from antidepressants and mental stuff - eating got out of control, huge portions, hungry constantly. Everything shifted in August when a doc prescribed Rybelsus for weight loss. Started training in December, feel so much better mentally and physically. 6kg to go.
