Steady wins the race! I've been stuck at the same weight this month, but I'm not worried because I started working out on June 1st and can see a difference. I'm T2D, so I'll be on this forever, but my A1c is now less than 5! I made it to sub-200lbs in May, and now I'm shooting for a normal BMI. Right now, I'm finally just considered 'overweight'. 🙃

I wouldn't be where I am now if I wasn't brave enough to inject myself a year ago. If you're afraid to start, know that I was too. I really don't like needles!

Anything you want is hard to get.

Gal It definitely does! I've been on Mounjaro for about 18 months now and it's been a total game changer. I've dropped about 85 pounds and my type 2 is completely under control. My A1C went from 13.4 to 5.5! Still on 2.0mg and not planning on changing anything. Managing the occasional constipation with a stool softener and flaxseed in my morning smoothie.

That's a great tip! Staying regular is so important. I recommend my patients start with dietary changes first (more fiber, water) but a gentle stool softener can definitely help.

Taylor_09 Congrats on your amazing progress! Did you do any specific workouts, or just dietary changes?

I'm curious about that too. I've been trying to up my exercise, but it's hard to find the time (and energy!) sometimes.
