Pants falling down, literally!

I was heading to the kitchen this morning (points to anyone who knows what I'm talking about) carrying a bunch of stuff, and my sleep shorts decided to stage a revolt and ended up around my ankles.

I'm officially at the point where I either need to go shopping for new sleepwear or figure out how to make a belt work with my pajamas.

I've managed to drop about 45 pounds on this journey. I like to get to the gym before work these days, then shower and get dressed at the office. I've got a ton of old work pants that are way too big now. Yesterday, I left my belt at home.

I didn't have time to swing back and grab it. My solution? Safety pins and a couple of hair ties through the loops.

I actually lost a pair of pants while carrying out an order from a burger place downtown in front of a crowded patio. It was last summer.

It’s a strange mix of feelings. I was thrilled (the meds were working!) and horrified at the same time.

Congrats to you!!!

Congrats! 🥂

I bought new jeans like, a month ago and now I can practically pull them off over my hips without even undoing the button! Guess I'm going shopping again! 🛍️

Way to go!

I started using suspenders at work. The other day my undies were almost down to my knees!.🤫
Time to get new clothes.

OMG! That's both hilarious and a little mortifying! I'm picturing it now! 😂

I'm starting to feel like I'm shrinking before my very eyes! I'm down to a size I haven't been in since college. It's amazing but also kind of surreal.

For those of you celebrating these victories, keep in mind that maintaining muscle mass is crucial during weight loss. Make sure you're getting adequate protein and consider resistance training to help preserve lean tissue.

I just hit a HUGE milestone! Finally saw a '1' at the start of my weight on the scale! I still have a ways to go but its so exciting!
