Pants Size Victory!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Definitely dropped inches regardless. If clothes fit differently, it's because there's simply less mass filling them out, stretchy fabric included! Losing 38 pounds is basically shedding the weight of a small child off your frame!

Ended up with a closet spanning clothing sizes from the mid-20s clear down through a 10, lucky or maybe not so lucky. Also hit the thrift store for new-to-me jeans. Landed around an 8/10 now. Being decent with a needle and thread has helped too, taking in the better-quality favorites so they actually fit right.

I'm holding off on buying lots of new clothes since I'm confident I'll get to goal, so I'd rather not spend on stuff I'll outgrow soon. I did find two pairs of jeans at Goodwill that fit much nicer, the old pair kept slipping down despite a belt. Winter is coming too, so I'll be in bulkier layers anyway.

5'3", starting weight 205, current 155. Size 10 jeans came home with me and, to my shock, they fit. A 14/L was my size for ages, and mediums are slowly coming into reach. Fat around my belly is the slowest to go.

Nine months took me from 2X (20W) to 1X (18W). That already felt like a win, and I likely wore 1X way longer than needed. A coworker said my pants looked too baggy so I tried things on in a shop rather than just ordering online. Fitting a 14/16 or L/XL depending on brand floored me. Going purely by my waist number, Id still be buying 1X. It was surreal.
