PCOS + GLP-1 update!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
That tracks completely, PCOS being a chronic condition means ongoing management is usually the reality rather than some short-term fix. A lot of people find that continuing GLP-1 treatment helps hold onto those hormonal and metabolic gains that make such a real difference to how symptoms show up.

Really happy to see the progress you've made!

On top of that, women dealing with PCOS often have a much harder time. A friend of mine cycled through several doses over fourteen weeks before 15mg finally worked, though only partially.

I'm roughly twenty years further along than you but started this specifically for kidney disease. Kicked off at .25 for four weeks, still holding at .5 now, eleven weeks total, went from 178 down to 159 so far. Working within a calorie deficit the whole time though, mostly plant-based but I still eat dairy and eggs. Also walking somewhere between thirty and sixty minutes, five days a week. Weight's always been a fight for me too because of PCOS. This has brought my blood pressure down, and as of my last check, kidney function's holding fairly steady.

Same here. Was on 7 and barely noticed anything, moved to 10, then climbed to 15 fairly quickly and stayed there a long while. Pretty sure it's stopped working for me. Insulin resistant with pcos, also on metformin and thyroid medication.
