That's awesome!! You're looking great! I also have PCOS and these meds have been life-changing for me. It's such a game-changer for us with PCOS and stubborn insulin.

Way to go!! I'm in a similar situation with PCOS! Basically doing what I always did before starting--mainly upping protein and fiber, chugging water, and working out. Now it's like my efforts are actually paying off! Our 'before' bodies look kinda similar too!

Super happy for you. You look fantastic. Hope you feel amazing!

Congrats! You probably feel fantastic!!!

This is a perfect illustration of something that bugs me. So many people say it's all about calories in, calories out. Meanwhile, I'm over here battling PCOS and yelling that it's just not that simple! I've been eating at a deficit for what feels like forever and only now I'm finally losing weight since starting this med.

I also have PCOS and this medication has been wonderful for shedding pounds, thank goodness! Plus, I'm getting older, turning 46 soon. I walk more often and try to eat healthier most days. Congratulations, you look incredible!

First off, you look amazing, great job! Were you exercising prior to starting? If so, how did it go, and besides the weight loss, what other factors led you to consider it? I appreciate any input. Thanks!

Same here. PCOS, Hashimoto’s, insulin resistance. It's always been so hard to even lose a pound or two. This med seems to have reset my metabolism back to when I was in my 20s (I'm 63). This is only my experience, of course. I'm now down about 36 pounds. It was a struggle to even get under 160 before.

Were you working out before ozempic? If so how was it and what apart from losing weight led you to taking it? All feedback is highly appreciated. Thanks 🙏

For me, I was working out but seeing very little results. My doctor suggested it primarily to address my insulin resistance, and the weight loss has been a welcome side effect. It helps regulate my blood sugar and makes me feel so much better overall.

I've lost about 150 pounds in the last 9 months. My doc is really happy with my progress and so am I! This med has given me my life back.

Yes, the other wins matter too. Have you gotten another chest scan since starting this med? Thinking of your mom.

Over 8 months in and finally seeing real change. Started at 90kg, down to 57kg (33kg gone) at 152cm. Ozempic's been a game changer for my pcos symptoms, so I'm thinking about pushing a bit further before I maintain.
