People are saying I look *sick*?!

I think it's really important to set goals that are realistic. I see so many people who think they can be size small. I will never be a size small because I am a mesomorph. It's great to lose weight but you also have to be honest about your body's limitations.

That's really good advice. I have a pretty large frame, so I don't even think I'll make it to a small. But maybe a large or medium? That's my dream!

Maybe just skip the sarcasm toward newcomers? They're trying to figure stuff out. Either help or leave them be to research themselves.

Love when people use the same outfit and pose. Really shows major shifts. You look fabulous. Great work. Looks like over thirty pounds.

coworkers at lunch told me they were on glp1s. transformations were wild. one's wearing jeans again because she feels good. their honesty got me to try it too.

You've got a real talent for making people laugh! And yeah, body recomposition is the real magic - where your fat redistributes depends on genetics, but how much you keep is entirely your call.

Forty-five pounds is real, visible progress and people who haven't lived in your body don't get a vote. You know how you feel. That's what counts.

The 'you look sick' comments almost always come from people who've never seen someone lose weight this fast. Their frame of reference for what you should look like is the previous version, and 45 lbs changes that significantly. Being open about the medication helps some - takes the mystery out and removes the space for speculation. Either way, 45 lbs is real progress and those comments are about their frame, not your result.

The 'you look sick' reaction is their reference frame being set at your higher weight - 45 lbs down is healthy by every measure that matters.
