Pep talk needed! Side effects hitting hard

I've heard about some folks experiencing extreme fatigue on these meds. Has anyone else dealt with that? Like, beyond just normal tiredness?

Oh yeah! I felt so wiped out when I first started. It was like I had no energy to do anything. It did get better after a couple of months, though. Hang in there!

I am wondering if maybe the fatigue could be related to not eating enough? I know the meds suppress your appetite, but you still need fuel!

That's a good point. It's easy to under-eat on these meds. Maybe keep track of your calorie intake for a few days to see if you're getting enough?
