Peptides for stubborn belly fat?

I successfully shed around 55 lbs using a semaglutide blend, achieving my desired weight. Now, I'm battling stubborn abdominal fat. From what I've researched, comprehensive workouts are key. Are there alternative peptides that could assist me in targeting this?

There might be, but research is limited, especially for healthy individuals. Others may suggest Tesamorelin, but proceed cautiously! Ipamorelin plus CJC might be a safer, though potentially less potent, option. Alternatively, consider Oxandrolone (anabolic steroid) or topical Aminophylline for localized fat reduction.

I'm interested in the concerns surrounding Tesamorelin. My review of Egrifta's research indicates it primarily impacts visceral fat, not subcutaneous fat. We're talking deep abdominal fat, not the jiggly stuff. If you don't have that kind of fat, why target it?

Could you provide sources or elaborate on the precautions surrounding Tesa? I'm beginning my research but considering its use.

If time allows, I'll condense the research on Tesa into an easily digestible summary. There are concerns regarding both the compound itself and how it works...

Simpler reasons, without needing citations:
1) No studies on healthy individuals.
2) Studies on HIV patients showed visceral fat returning, possibly increased, after cessation.

No need for extensive effort; research is my responsibility. I appreciate the quick response!

It appears they're (or were) conducting a study on peripheral nerve injury and repair: Tesamorelin Therapy to Enhance Axonal Regeneration with Johns Hopkins & the army. I'm searching for updates, like if it's still active, since they faced difficulty recruiting participants with the specific injury.

I'm specifically looking for off-label uses and studies.

This one's pretty old (2014) and small, but interesting: Effects of Tesamorelin on Phosphocreatine Recovery in Obese Subjects With Reduced GH. Completed, but small with a high dropout rate.

Providing more details (within your comfort level) helps with a more precise answer.

Age, gender, diet, workout regimen, etc.

Online info is accurate; full-body workouts enhance body composition, and targeted fat loss isn't possible through exercise.

The best medical approach varies based on abdominal fat quantity and overall body fat %. Lifestyle modifications like exercise, diet, sleep, stress reduction, and hydration could suffice for minor stubborn fat, as these impact fat storage patterns.

I want to pop in and say that ipamorelin alone, no cjc, along with good nutrition and weight lifting has helped me a bunch! In just about a month I can tell I recover faster. Maybe I'm just a super responder but my diet is pretty dialed in too. I know cjc no dac is supposed to be better but I won't start more than 1 peptide at once. It's supposed to be safer than tesa, but it's also got less studies lately. Anyway ipa has risks so look into it, or any ghrh, carefully.

Regarding post #2, that makes sense, considering HIV patients might have underlying issues causing abnormal visceral fat accumulation. It's logical to assume Tesamorelin wouldn't fix the root problem, and fat would return post-treatment. That leads back to post #1: there's insufficient peer-reviewed research on its effects on healthy or non-HIV-positive individuals with fatty liver disease, etc. And no, I haven't used Tesa, and I'm not advocating for it; too many unknowns.

Contemporary HIV medications from around 2010 onward don't cause the fat issue. Research is limited because the target demographic is small: individuals with HIV who used older medications (20-30 years ago) that caused this, not newer infections.

Has anyone had experience switching from Sermorelin to other options? I'm thinking about CJC-1295 with DAC, Hexarelin, or Ipamorelin for anti-aging, endocrine support, and some weight loss. Thoughts?

I'm curious if anyone here has tried PT-141 for improving erections and addressing sex drive issues? I've heard mixed things. Is it generally considered safe, and what's a typical dosage?
