My hubby is always snapping photos while I'm out and about with our kiddo. I used to cringe, but now I actually enjoy seeing them! The first pic is from about two years ago, maybe a year and a half before I started on the medication. I think I was around 230 there.

That's wonderful and I'm sending my congratulations your way! I'm sure it's helping you feel great to be the best mom too 😃

Yesss to your husband for getting those candid shots! I wish mine would do that more with our daughter.

I enjoy these kinds of posts. I'm not two years in yet, but seeing the side-by-sides from when I started using Zappy Health compared to now stuns me. I didn’t see it day to day, but the long-term change is huge.

Do we have to keep using injectable medications even after we reach our desired weight?

That's a great question! I've heard some people can maintain with diet and exercise, but others need to stay on a lower dose to keep the weight off.

I agree with Gym_Done757. It seems like the injection helps a lot with hunger, so some folks need to stay on some amount even after they hit their goal. Just depends on the individual!
