Pics are more motivating than the scale!

Started my journey in August... about 28 pounds down. Lately, it feels like my weight loss has stopped completely. I'm still sticking to the plan – diet, hydration, and workouts. My weight hasn't budged in about 2 weeks while still on a low dose of 0.25mg. I'm kinda scared to increase to 0.5mg since I haven't had any bad side effects so far! Anyone else?

I've been on 0.25mg since late August '24 and still losing. I'm using it only for weight loss, no diabetes. I've managed to lose about 60 pounds... a steady 2-4 pounds each month, which I've heard is safer.

I started last July and I've only lost about 15lbs, in comparison with you! Still happy with my progress. I also hit a stall, and I tried intermittent fasting, and it kickstarted weight loss again. Maybe you could try it?

There used to be a diet where they told people to measure every body part because we often can't 'see' losses. If the scale doesn't move, it's upsetting. So, measure in pounds AND inches.

It's a great time to deeply understand nutrition so you don't end up with loose skin! Walking, light weights, and stretching also really help.

I wish I knew, lol, still working on it. I'm thinking about strength training to build some muscle. Maybe that'll help!

IF is worth a try! Also, have you had your Vitamin D levels checked lately? I've heard some people say it affects weight loss.

Good point! I actually started supplementing Vitamin D a while back after a blood test showed I was deficient. I haven't noticed a huge difference in weight loss, but I definitely feel better overall.

If you're stalling, you could need a higher dose. Studies show most weight loss happens at 1.0 and higher. If you want to save money, get a 2mg pen and measure clicks for a 1.0 dose – you'll get more doses per pen.
