Pics: Do you see a difference?

Looking at myself daily, it's hard to notice any real changes, but these before-and-after pics are pretty eye-opening. I've lost about 23 pounds. Weirdly, besides my mom, nobody has said anything - not my friends, colleagues, or even my significant other, which makes me wonder if it's not as noticeable as I think. I'm walking around 8 km most days. It's been a solo journey so far, just wanted to share!

Hi there! Just a friendly reminder that we don't allow discussions about non-approved versions of semaglutide or any buying/selling of medications. Please don't ask for or respond to DMs about those things! Thanks!

You're doing great! I reckon people are sometimes reluctant to point out weight loss in case they offend you, like they're saying you looked bad previously. It's a tricky situation for them to navigate unless they're very close to you, like family. Keep going!

Thanks, everyone! I just don't understand how people who have lost less weight than I have look so much thinner in their before and after pics! I've lost around 35 pounds, but it's not super noticeable. I think that's because I lose weight everywhere. I went from a size 14 to a size 10, so yay! But I want those dramatic before and after shots, LOL.

Absolutely fantastic accomplishment! Keep your chin up, shoulders back. BE PROUD of yourself!

You look amazing! I reckon people are scared to comment until it's super obvious. How tall are you? I'm trying to figure out my goal weight.

I totally get that. I've been on Mounjaro for about 6 months. Started around 290 and feel like a new person. It's cool you are walking so much! What's a typical day of meals look like for you?

I find that's true. It's like they need to be really, really sure before they say anything. I went from 128kg to 104kg and am feeling so much better! I'm getting married next year and feel like I will be the bride I always dreamed of being.

I am inspired by everyone's posts! I've been on this journey for 6 weeks and only dropped 8 pounds. I was hoping for more, faster. I am only on the starting dose, though. Maybe I need to up it soon?
