I'm curious, @SnackNoMore, have you considered incorporating any strength training into your routine? Maintaining muscle mass while losing weight can be really beneficial for long-term health and mobility.
 
Woke with mild migraine yesterday. Tried GHK-CU for first time. Gone in fifteen minutes. No rebound migraine today unlike Maxalt. Seems impossible but won't get hopes up yet.
 
People giving side eye calling it cheating don't have 100 plus to lose. Was 360 on June 1, 320 now. Call it cheating. Spend 6-8 hours weekly in gym, bench over 300 at 45. No shot for that.
 
Started June last year, finally hit goal today. Feel like new person. Minimal side effects - some nausea early, managed constipation with magnesium.
 
work the calorie math - that's all there is to it now. plateaued at 199 for 8 months, just dropped another 15 by dialing in calories and finding my real tdee in a modest deficit. get a food scale. get serious. real work starts now.
