Pics! From size 20 to...?

Took some comparison pics today. Same shirt, different me! The first one was from a baseball outing at work. I was pushing 275 then, super bloated because of my PCOS, squeezing into an 18 or sometimes a 20. Now? I'm down to about 210, fitting a 12 pretty comfortably, sometimes even a 10! Still battling PCOS and now diabetes, but these meds make it doable. Plus, I've been hitting pure barre classes!
 
Inspired by this thread, I saw someone posted face gains on another platform. It's wild how much your face can change! Makes me want to post my own.

Started mid-February, lost 10 pounds that first month but I was travelling and fasting for Ramadan. Back now and swear I gained it back. Week 4 on 0.5 after starting at 0.25. Stay at 0.5 or go higher? Wanted to stay on 0.5 long-term but now I feel like pushing up. Does the stomach pain and bloat eventually go away? Been using Pepto like every 2 weeks.
