The transformations are deeper than what these snapshots reveal. Started around 225 lbs in late November and reached my goal of 165 lbs the following November. I've maintained since then on 5mg every 10 days. In 2025, I'm focusing on strength with 3-4 weekly full-body weightlifting sessions and 2-3 times a week of brisk walking on a treadmill for an hour (easy pace, usually listening to a podcast). My focus is holistic health, including weight, body comp, strength, balance, and flexibility. None of this would have been possible without the initial boost from Mounjaro/Zepbound. Approaching 60 soon, and entering this decade healthier than the last! Wishing everyone the best on their journeys. It's more than just weight loss; it's about overall well-being!
