Pics: My GLP-1 Progress!

This medication is a game-changer. I'm so grateful for what it's doing. Even in these early stages, my energy levels are way up, and I can do so much more.

I remember when you first posted! Your story gave me the boost I needed to prioritize my health after having my baby. I don't need to lose a ton of weight, but the idea of being a healthier and more active mom really resonated. Thanks for the inspiration, and keep up the great work!

I agree. I read that someone compared weight loss to a paper towel roll. At the beginning, you can take a bunch of paper towels and the roll looks about the same. As it gets smaller, even just a few towels makes a huge difference. Weight loss is the same.

Keep going strong, and please keep sharing your journey with us if you're comfortable. Congrats again!

I second that! It's so important to celebrate every victory, big or small!

I've dropped like 28 lbs, but I still feel like I look the same! It's wild. My clothes fit a tiny bit better, but barely. I'm hoping it gets more noticeable soon.

Take progress pics! I know it's annoying, but they really help you see the changes that you might not notice in the mirror every day.
