Pics really ARE everything!

I've been taking weekly injections since late October. I didn't think I was getting anywhere but then I compared some photos. Wow! I bought some slim-fit trousers a few days ago - went down 2 sizes. Keep going, people! (Started at 214lbs, now 177lbs, goal maybe 150lbs?)

Looking fantastic! Bust looks lifted, tummy flatter, arms more defined - you're clearly committed and it's paying off! So glad you're happy and feeling good. 💕

I don’t know your age, but isn't it great when you can see your waist again?! I thought mine was history (I'm 58 and post-menopause)!

This is giving me hope! I've been on this a little over a month and haven't seen huge changes on the scale, but I'm gonna start taking pictures. Thanks, Leslie40!

Definitely do it! The scale can be discouraging. I was losing inches before the scale budged.

I've been on this journey for over a year myself. Dropped about 95lbs. It's amazing how much better I feel. I even went down half a shoe size!

It's not just about the weight loss! My A1C was completely out of control before I started on semaglutide. Now it's completely normal. That's my real motivation, even though people always compliment me on losing the weight.
