Amazing progress! What dosage are you on currently? Also, could you give us some details about your diet and workout routine?
 
Thanks everyone! To answer some questions, it's been almost exactly one year, and I'm at the max dose now, 2.4mg. Still tweaking the diet, trying to get more protein in.
 
It's so inspiring to see these transformations! I'm down about 8 pounds in my first month, which I'm excited about! I read about someone who is rewarding themself with self-care, like manis and massages. I think I'll try that!
 
I'm a slow loser too, like maybe a pound a week. But that's fine, I'm trying to make this sustainable. I'm trying to get enough protein and fiber like someone else mentioned, not just starve myself. Slow and steady!
 
I'm hoping to have a transformation like that someday. My starting weight was around 290, and after the first month on sema, I dropped about 8 pounds! I'm trying to make better food choices, like steak and shrimp instead of burgers and fries.
