Pics show progress, but scale's slow!

Hey everyone! Just wanted to share a progress pic. It's kinda wild looking back at where I was a year and a half ago. Weight's coming off steadily, which I think is a good thing.

A quick reminder: let's keep the discussion focused on approved meds and not get into any selling stuff. If you're new to this, check out the FAQ – it's super helpful!

That's fantastic! I totally agree that slow and steady wins the race. I think it helps avoid loose skin, and it's been easier to build better habits that feel more natural over time. Plus, fewer people comment on the change, which I personally appreciate. Keep rocking it! Hydration is HUGE!

I see the change! Slow and steady is the way to go. Make sure you're drinking enough water and getting enough protein. Protein shakes can be super helpful, even if you’re eating less. Best of luck to you! 🤍

Slow and steady has been working for me too. Started trying to lose weight in Sept '22. Lost about 35 lbs by January '24. Started on sema in February and lost another 35, with maybe 15 more to go. My BMI's almost optimal, but I want a little buffer for maintenance. I'm in my late 50s and went through menopause early, so I'm happy I don't have tons of extra skin, even if I'm getting some wrinkles. I'll take wrinkles over being overweight any day.

It's so encouraging to see everyone's journeys! It helps me stay motivated. I started at a much higher weight, so seeing consistent progress from others really inspires me.

Okay, seeing these transformations is crazy motivating. I started around 325 and I'm just over 200 now. I can't believe the difference! My initial goal was 199, so close! I'm just gonna keep going!

Even when monthly changes look small, stepping back shows real progress. Check-ins and dose tweaks help stay patient when the scale moves slowly.

14 lbs in 4 months is solid—that's about 0.8 pound a week, the healthy range. People see the change before you do because you're losing face and belly fat first, which shows fast. From 208 to 194, you've lost 7% of your body weight, which is where your A1C and blood pressure start improving big-time.
