Wanted to share this somewhere because I genuinely can't tell most of my family and friends yet. I've dealt with PCOS my whole adult life and never once had a natural cycle, tried every fertility route you can think of over the years with no luck, and had basically made peace with pregnancy not happening for me. Started Mounjaro about a year ago mainly to get my blood sugar and cholesterol under control and lose some weight. A few months in my body started doing things it had never done, actual cycles, even if a little irregular at first. Around my one year mark I was nearly at my goal weight, my labs looked great, and my doctor was already talking about a maintenance dose. Then it turned out I was expecting. Stopped the medication that same day and got in with my doctors right away, everything looks okay so far. Still feels unreal honestly. If anyone else has gone through PCOS infertility and had something similar happen on a GLP-1, share your story, I'd really like to hear it.
