I'm still in shock, but I'm pregnant! Dropped 90+ pounds thanks to Rybelsus, and now baby #2 is on the way. It's a life-changer for sure.

My husband's sperm analysis results came back after I started Mounjaro, and it turns out improving my fertility may not be enough. He's scheduling an appointment to discuss it.

I stopped as soon as I got a positive test. The doc said to stop immediately. Keeping the weight off is a struggle, I won't lie, but so far so good!

I saw a video about unexpected pregnancies on weight loss drugs! Apparently, losing weight can regulate periods, and some meds may mess with birth control. Crazy!

There are several reasons this could be happening:

• Weight loss itself can improve fertility.
• Some GLP-1s can affect how your body absorbs oral contraceptives, potentially making them less effective.
• Losing weight lowers inflammation which is linked to improved fertility.
