Protein on GLP-1s?! Help!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
This stuff is amazing. Grab Cronometer or a similar app and put protein at 90g daily (I'm 56 and 240 lbs, ask a nutritionist about yours). Eat whatever you like once protein is covered. A month at .25, then .50 since, and I'm dropping roughly a pound or two weekly from 270 on 2/1. Water helps you feel full and constipation WILL show up, my current problem. Pay attention to what your body says: last night halfway through a chicken Cobb salad my stomach just shut off, so half went home for lunch. Nausea will come, mine was late-night Italian dressing. Alcohol, just stop, the bloat and inflammation vanish fast. Sugars: A1c 7.8 and 150 glucose on 2/1, then 6.6 and 115 on 4/1. It's a lifestyle change and I sometimes miss wing nights with the guys, though dying of T2D doesn't sound appealing.

jolly_walker60 So real. My protein target is 200g a day. I'm finally raising my tirz today because I actually feel like eating again. Most of my protein gets prepped on weekends, since I dont want to shrink my muscles further.

are you actually tracking your protein numbers? just got started myself and trying hard to make sure what i'm losing is fat and not muscle. congrats on your progress btw
