Protein shakes: flavor burnout?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Cottage cheese and greek yogurt are lifesavers here. Both are high protein, soft and easy to eat when appetite is suppressed, and small portions all day work fine instead of forcing a large meal. A 200g pot of yogurt gives about 20g protein in two minutes. Shakes fill you up for few calories, so you end up full but underfed. Swap some for real food: rolled-up deli meat and cheese, tuna with mayo, even canned beans spiked with hot sauce. Eating only 780 calories on your third day of Ozempic, with lifting on top, can't last. You need fuel to recover and put on muscle, and the suppression fades and things level out. Right now it's the honeymoon phase, hunger is simply off. Don't force normal eating by willpower, but get the calories in any way you can manage.

Some protein yogurt drinks give 20g of protein, and I am obsessed with them. They are likely my sole route to my daily protein target, since skipping meals by accident is a real thing.

I cant get near my protein goal without supplements. I use a vegetarian powder since I cant do dairy, while whey plus dairy like yogurt and cottage cheese is the norm. Three meals each holding 30g of meat isnt possible for me, vegetables and carbs are a must for me too. Pea protein it is, painful as that may be.
