PT-141: Anyone tried it?

I'm curious if anyone has experience with bremelanotide (PT-141)? What are the positives and negatives? Supposedly it helps with ED.

I read about a different way to dose bremelanotide (PT-141) that could give better results. It suggested micro-dosing a few times a day. Here's an article I found: another forum

I use about 300 mcg twice a week and it's an amazing aid for erections. I sometimes get flushed, but it goes away fast. I also tan easily when I am in the sun. You need to be in decent shape to start with. I think it gets a bad rap because guys with serious issues try it and expect miracles. It seems to work better after sleep, but even awake, it takes a few hours. I do a lot of things for my health, so I'm not sure what it might be working with.

I tried the low-dose thing, but stopped because of the side effects – flushing and just feeling unwell. I did notice a slight improvement, but not worth it for me. But it works well for some, so check out the older threads here.

Thanks for the feedback. Gut_Fam, if you don't mind me asking, how old are you? Have you ever tried Bimix or Trimix? How does PT-141 compare? What were your ED issues before? Any details would be great!

I'm 63 and no, I haven't tried those. But I hear nothing compares. PT-141 gives me maybe a 10-20% improvement, taking me from pretty good to noticeably better. It's subjective, but worth it for me. I also use nitric oxide, HIIT, and DHEA. I use MT-2 in winter and PT-141 in summer.

PT-141 made me feel awful. No libido increase, just flushing, headache, and weakness. Melanotan 2, a similar peptide, worked much better for me for libido and mood when combined with sun exposure. The only problem is I got dark very fast.

PT-141 is fantastic! It's been a game-changer when I combine it with Viagra and a cock ring. Some people get stomach issues, so start small. PM me if you want to chat!

Bremelanotide, Vyleesi, PT 141 - whatever you call it, it can really improve your sex life. But the side effects can suck. Nausea, aches, headaches, stuffy nose, flushing are common. The nausea can be terrible. I was fine the first three times, then the fourth time I was sick for a day. My doctor gave me Zofran, which helped, but then I got body aches and headaches. I was taking a lot of ibuprofen and still felt bad. My allergies got worse, too. It's too bad, because it really did work.

Has anyone compared Tesamorelin to Ipamorelin? I've been researching and those seem like popular peptides right now. What are people's experiences?

Chris02, I actually tried both Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin together for a couple months. It made a small change in my IGF-1, but overall not a big difference.

IM in the ventral glutes is where a lot of people land after working through the site options - the consistency tends to be better than subq for some compounds, and the every-other-day cadence holds up well once you're past the early adjustment.
