PT-141: Does it *mean* something?

If a person tries PT-141 and it works well for them, does that say something about their body? Like, could another compound mimic that effect but without the same downsides?

I'm pretty tired and my thoughts are a bit jumbled. I'm wondering if there's something else out there that works like PT-141, but without the negative side effects. And if PT-141 *did* work, what does that indicate?

What negative effects are you talking about? I use it every single night.

Every night?! Aren't you supposed to use it only once or twice a week? I thought it loses effectiveness if you overdo it.

I meant side effects like feeling sick or headaches. And I'm trying to see if there are other options besides trimix.

I've been using it nightly and I wake up with fantastic morning erections almost every day. If I don't get morning wood, there's usually another reason. I haven't had any issues with it losing effectiveness. I think it works best when used with your sleep cycle. Using it at other times might not give you the best results. I'm not taking TRT, so my body's own hormone production is working fine. I also take Cialis daily, but I think PT-141 is what gives me the morning erections. I think it's helpful for a good sleep cycle. It works through the central nervous system, maybe with dopamine or LH. I don't think anyone knows exactly how it works.

Thanks for the information. Glad to hear it works for you.

One question: Does it only give you morning wood, or does it also help during the day and night? And to what extent?

Are we able to talk about where to find peptides like PT-141? It's the only thing that has worked for me, and my usual source is gone. A lot of places want me to pay by electronic check, and I don't like that.

Wow...every night? I'm not so sure about that, but I'm glad it's working for you, Funky-Fit.

I totally agree that it seems to work better before bed. The only problem I had was it kept me up at night. I tried pre-loading a syringe and injecting when I got up to pee, but my fridge is upstairs so it woke me up too much. Didn't work out.

I've been using Trimix since I gave up trying to time PT-141. It's interesting though.

How's Trimix working for you?

I've been using PT-141 pretty regularly and it seems to be losing its effectiveness. I use it on weekends, injecting around 4 PM to try and time it for 11 PM, but the timing isn't predictable.

It seems like 250 mcg (1/4 mg) is enough for a lot of men, especially since it can lead to desensitization.

Here's how VYLEESI (bremelanotide) comes:

1. 75 mg bremelanotide in 0.3 mL solution in a single-dose, disposable prefilled autoinjector that comes in a pack of 4.

Store it at or below 77°F (25°C). Don't freeze it and keep it out of the light.

You have to buy it from a company that sells chemicals/peptides for "research." If you look online, you'll find some. Some of them post discount codes on social media. I was going to DM you a good company with a discount code, but they're sold out right now (which isn't surprising).

It depends on the dose you want and the syringe size. One or two milliliters should work. One milliliter is good for 0.3 mL insulin syringes and doses around 0.3-2.5 mg. If you're using 1-mL syringes, more water might be easier to work with.
