he really should check w/ his doctor first. 'disgusting' is too vague to dial in anything. zepbound might have fewer side effects for him, or sticking at the same dose instead of bumping up could help him adjust better.
 
Lilly's still running clinical trials on higher doses without canceling for safety, and we've both done higher doses, so 15mg definitely isn't the ceiling. Thought about going to 25mg but not sure if that's the move.
 
stay where you are if sides are tolerable and weight's dropping. i went 2.5 to 5 and nausea kicked in—wish i'd stayed at the lower dose. down 50 pounds over 5 months. staying at 5 until weight loss stalls.
 
started 1mg for 3 weeks, 1.5 for 3, then 2. after 10 days off cu i noticed the difference. now testing cu and basic 1:1, no isr, works perfect for my needs.
 
been on 15mg for about 2 months. some weeks it just hits different, you know? like this week i'm actually hungry and can eat way more. last two weeks i could barely touch anything. what's going on with that?
 
high blood sugar has me scared of anything with dac. had a crazy high a1c at one point, flipped it with diet and exercise. using sermorelin in a fasted state now - it's a growth hormone secretagogue with lower blood sugar impact. working so far. always fasted to keep insulin resistance from coming back.
 
The Pitt episode reference doing its job is a funny side note to an otherwise reasonable question. For the OP's wife, 1mg is actually on the higher end for a first dose - most protocols for women start at 0.5mg to gauge sensitivity before going higher. The effects can be strong enough at 0.5 that going straight to 1 isn't always necessary.
