PT-141: Nausea and other sides?

I tried 3 units Sunday morning, around 0.5mg (if I'm right). Nothing. So I did 6 more units. 1mg maybe? By 9am, 1.5mg. Waited all day. Nothing! Watched some adult films, tried stimulating myself. Got an erection. Stopped. Lost it in 15 minutes. 1.5 days, and 1.5mg did nothing.

I've only used pt141 once, but I've used melanotan II for 10+ years. They're similar. Over 500mcg hits you in minutes. A weird feeling that turns into nausea, yawning, and sickening erections (3+ hours). You don't need stimulation. It's a forced erection. High doses flush you all over.

I don't agree with small doses if it's like MTII. The effects wear off. Eventually it stops working if you take it daily. IME, take a good dose when you need it. Sides, but potent effects...

Maybe you got a bad peptide. Or use MTII. You'll tan. Not great for sex, takes hours to kick in, and the nausea is a turnoff. Working out is tough the next day due to the long half life. Also raises blood pressure. Anyone else get nausea with PT-141?

Hi, Thanks!

Can you explain my syringe? 60 units max.

The peptide seller says: "Our pens release 0.5ml water every 60 dials. We mix with 2ml water, so to calculate 1 dial, divide the product (e.g. 5mg is 5000mcgs) by the dials (240)"

So, what number on the pen is 1mg or 2mg?

If I understand, 60 units = 0.5ml which would be 2.5mg if they mix 2ml with 10mg of peptide. Half that is about 1.25mg for 30 units. 1 unit on your pen = 10000/240=41,6mcg so you probably didn't inject enough.

I wouldn't buy pre-mixed peptides... or pens. Peptide breakdown, price, etc.

100 units on an insulin syringe = 1cc.

I use a 3/10cc syringe. 10mg of PT-141 in 1cc of bac-water. 1/10cc = 1 mg, so 10 units. So if you're using a 6/10cc syringe, it's the same (10mg in 1cc). 10 units = 1mg...20 units = 2mg.

It's about *how much PT-141* was dissolved into *how much water* - not the syringe.

Hi Everyone,

Anyone using this PT -141 peptide now?

I'm using the correct dose, but I have questions about the effects. Message me if you're using it.

Not pathetic at all... it's wise to approach with caution. Anytime I try something new, I use a tiny amount to check for a bad reaction. What if I'm allergic? If it's okay, then I slowly raise the dose. We're all different. 300mcg of X might make person A feel fine, but person B feel terrible.

Going low and slow means you're mature.

Flushing and a little nausea are normal, but they go away fast. I get body aches the next day in old injuries. No more than 3x a week, or it stops working. I take .20ml from a pharmacy, but .30ml from Peptide Sciences.

I agree with Old_Great, it's smart to start with a low dose. I messed around with Melanotan II for quite some time. I was following a protocol of about 0.5 mg for 3 days in a row, then 0.25 mg twice per week.
I definitely got the nausea and facial flushing within minutes of the first dose. The nausea wasn't too bad, just some pretty strong stomach cramps. I never had any random erections that people reported. The only thing I noticed was maybe a slight libido boost after the first dose.

I've been using MT2 on and off for years and have never gotten any real libido effects from it. It does give pretty good tanning though. I'm thinking of giving PT141 a try if this doesn't work.

I was looking at some other peptides as well. I heard BPC and TB500 are supposed to be really good for your joints, anyone have any experience with them?

I've heard similar reports about BPC-157. I've seen a lot of anecdotal claims, but very little solid clinical data to back it up. Some people swear by it, others say it's a waste of money. It really highlights how individual responses can vary.
