QSC order weirdness?

I went through all the steps, messaged QSC on that messaging app with all the info they wanted but the reply is kinda...odd. They didn't say anything about my order. Just listed the payment options they take. Am I missing something? Is this how they always do things? Or was I supposed to use a secret handshake or something? Maybe they wait 'til the order period is over (today) before they get back to me? Any pointers?
 
Did you tell them which payment method you want to use? Because if you did, they're probably waiting for you to do that, and then they'll send you either the bank details or crypto info.
 
Okay here's how it goes:

1. Send them your order by email or messaging app, following the format they want, and saying how you'll pay. (I use email 'cause messages can be changed or deleted.) As someone else mentioned, stick to one way of contacting them.
2. They give you the payment info (crypto or wire details).
Crypto goes faster 'cause wire transfers take a bit.
3. You pay.
4. Send them the transaction ID or whatever confirmation you get. You might get a reply, but maybe not.
5. Now you wait.
6. After a week or so, if you feel like it, ask for a tracking number. Maybe you'll get it, maybe not.
7. Wait some more.
8. Package arrives.
 
Whatever you do, don't use both email and that messaging app. Pick one and stick with it. I heard they'll mess up your order if you do that. They specifically tell people not to mix contact methods.
 
I've ordered from them a bunch of times, and I'm still confused, lol. And I still can't get a clear answer about when they're selling that other product again. I'm guessing they're done with it for good. They had a big sale last week, sold out, and now aren't saying when it'll be back.
 
We sold all the old stock because we got the price down on the next batches. We're making 15mg, 10mg, 30mg, and 60mg. You'll see prices in November that no one else can match. Just waiting on testing. Promos are coming one after another. November should be pretty interesting!
 
It's really not that hard to order from them. Instructions are all over the place. Email or the messaging app. What you want, how much, address, payment method. They reply with the cost and payment info. You pay. Send the transaction ID. That's your confirmation. In 5-7 days, ask about tracking. They've always sent it to me.
