Went to a cafe with 6 coworkers a few weeks ago. Everyone ordered pastries and took like 2-3 bites MAX. Turned out they're all on this stuff. Makes you wonder how many people around you are on it without you even knowing lol.
 
run 5-amino 7mg fasted in the AM, love it. stacks great with coffee. throw in MOTS-c every other day and that's my go-to combo. helps with the tired feeling on injection days
 
just grabbed my first kit of tirz 10mg. hard not to order everything on the menu lol. gonna go slow and see what dosage works best for me.

the ridged cap kits generating more quality questions than smooth-cap versions in the same batch run is worth taking seriously as a packaging variable - the seal integrity with ridged crimps can differ from smooth-crimp seals under the same production conditions, and the visual identifier doesn't guarantee the same quality as whatever's inside. independent testing is the cleaner signal than cap type for any batch where there's uncertainty
