Questionable cart sterility?

They take standard 3ml ones. Someone mentioned a list of verified sterile carts somewhere in this thread I think.

Those pens can be kinda pricey, but they are great. Especially the auto-injector ones. Check out the test server, there are group buys with good prices.

There are so many kinds of the V2 (and V3!) that it's hard to tell what you're going to get. Different ridges, printing, square vs. rounded edges. Some are better than others, but you don't really know until you get it. I have 5 different pairs and they all seem different. For the price, it's worth upgrading. All mine work though, mostly!

I use the V1 because it has a cap. The V2 is open. Sometimes they're hard to push, but I figure it's the cartridge stoppers. I want to control the injection rate. I like the colors too, easy to tell them apart. I haven't tested their accuracy.

I recently ordered cartridges from two vendors mentioned above and the sterilization indicators on the pouches didn't change color - does that mean they aren't sterile? Should the indicator be yellow or black if they were sterilized correctly?

I've heard that can happen and they're still sterile. Apparently ozone sterilization doesn't show up. There are other reasons it might be okay even if the indicators don't change.

Just bringing this up again. Was the test group on a different forum? I looked at one test group from this spring and a couple names that were mentioned failed the sterility test. I'm mad at myself, because I purchased some based on seeing elsewhere that they'd passed testing, and now I see the actual results.

Just a heads up that due to recent changes, it's harder to get into testing servers. It requires patience to learn the ropes. Remember, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is! If it was easy, everyone would do it.

I'm also just starting sema and kinda nervous. Anyone else feel pukey? Is there anything to avoid eating? I'm thinking of asking the pharmacist for advice too.

Congrats on starting! It’s a marathon, not a sprint! Some people get nausea at first . Try to avoid fried or greasy foods. If you overeat, you will feel sick. Drink lots of water!
