Questionable quality on my latest order?

That's terrifying! So how do you even know if what you're getting is safe? I mean, besides trusting the source.

There are labs that will test your peptides for you. It costs a bit, but it might be worth it for peace of mind. I saw someone mention Janoshik Analytical. They're apparently where a lot of people send their stuff. It can be expensive, but some vendors will give you credit or free stuff if you post the results on a forum they're active on.

Interesting. So basically we're relying on the honor system, even with testing? Seems like there's still a lot of room for error... or worse.

I only care about actual product quality. That matters most and testing proves it. Some issues on his other stuff but not ordering those anyway. Got compounds for 5-6 people and no problems yet. Want to see real proof that products failed or tested wrong before I judge.

try starting your morning with salt water + electrolytes. sounds weird but it's been a game-changer for migraines. mix table salt & potassium (rough 1:3 ratio) in a tall glass — salty enough to taste it but not ocean-level. follow up with more water through the day. worked really well for me.

most docs check two things: how well you're handling the dose and whether you're still losing. if sides are cool and weight's still moving, usually no rush to go up. a lot of folks stay at 1 mg for months if it's working. no need to change until it stops.

started feb 27 at 92kg, did five weeks at 2.5 dropping 1.5kg weekly. doc bumped me to 5 and i tanked — nausea, zero energy, fibro flared, stalled completely. recounted to 3 next week, back to moving, hit 3.75 this round. feels better but looking at photos i don't see much, just 7.4kg in seven weeks.

Standard dose is 8 weeks at 0.25 and 0.5 to see where you land. Early losses are usually water. Don't let TikTok hype influence your plan. Reddit posts tend to be pretty accurate. Most agree 1-2 pounds weekly long-term is the sweet spot.

found these sugar-free belgian chocolate bites from amberlyn. one a day with some almonds and it feels way too indulgent but it's perfect. a bit pricey but a bag of 48 lasts over 6 weeks easy.
