Constantly struggling to hit protein targets, especially given fifteen years of barely touching meat, purely for environmental reasons. So there's genuinely no craving for it at all, and cooking it never really got picked up either.
Outside the usual protein powder, bars, or yogurt route, curious what else works for fast, high protein meals that can just get heated up for lunch or dinner.
Rotisserie chicken's a go-to, plant-based chicken alternatives too, plus a real weakness for a particular protein ramen brand. Sometimes three eggs solves it too. Running low on fresh ideas though!
Working from home with long hours means very little time or motivation to actually cook.
(Fruits and veggies are already well covered, plenty of fiber there, it's purely the protein side that's the struggle.)
Would love to hear what's worked for everyone else!
