Ready to grow some muscle back and then some

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Been on tirz about five months now. Lost 27 pounds and would like to drop another ten. But, definitely lost some muscle along the way. Lift heavy five days weekly, have for over three decades. My lifting's taken a real hit, max output down from where it sat before starting this medication. So, need to cycle in some peptides to help rebuild muscle. Recommendations welcome please.

Also seconding that swapping tirz for reta to preserve muscle isn't backed by research.

What helps is resistance training of any kind plus higher protein, somewhere between 1.2 and 1.5g per kilo bodyweight, either target works fine.

Losing muscle during weight loss isn't ideal, but practically it rarely matters unless starting from very low muscle mass already, and most heavier people also carry more muscle, partly from overeating and partly hauling around a bigger frame. Dropping that muscle alongside fat tends to noticeably improve everyday physical function once weight comes off these meds, since a lighter body needs less muscle to move it. Dropped from 115kg to 75kg myself, obvious on hills how much easier every ten kilos lost made things, despite the muscle loss along the way.

Congrats on the weight loss!

Looking really lean these days. Was that the actual target? Ever thought about lifting to rebuild some of the muscle that came off along the way?

58 here, started ipamorelin 18 weeks back at 400mcg daily, split morning/night, after some muscle loss following my first 20kg drop. Held muscle with training, protein's always solid, just not enough alone.

No fat loss from it over 12 weeks. Hit my 77kg target meanwhile, still carried belly fat and stalled a month. Paused ipa two weeks, restarted with cjc no-dac at 350mcg daily, injected mornings before work, fasted until noon.

First week nothing. Second week on, steady weekly loss with a 2mg maintenance tirz dose plus daily ipa/cjc. Training abs daily, lifting every other day, nothing extreme, just feeling healthier.

At 74kg now. Mood's up, performance's up too, probably tied more to weight loss and training than the peptides. Lost about 3kg belly fat between stack, fasting, training.
